Proprietary Rights: All algorithms, infrastructure designs, and market data remain the exclusive intellectual property of Shabba Financial.
Usage Restrictions: Reverse engineering, unauthorized data scraping, or systematic extraction of platform metadata is strictly prohibited.
Security Sovereignty: Participants are responsible for maintaining the cryptographic integrity of their access points.

Liability Cap

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shabba Financial and its affiliates disclaim all warranties, express or implied. In no event shall we be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from system downtime, market volatility, or data transmission errors.

Regulatory Oversite

Shabba Financial Company Limited is regulated by the CMSA of Tanzania. Infrastructure is designed to align with global institutional standards for transparency and risk management.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania. Exclusive jurisdiction resides with the High Court (Commercial Division) in Dar es Salaam.
