These terms are governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania. Exclusive jurisdiction for any dispute arising out of or related to these terms or your use of the site lies with the High Court (Commercial Division) in Dar es Salaam.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
